Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I own an e-commerce Christian jewelry business and I use ActiveCampaign for all of my email needs.

Pros

  • Automation works fantastic for new contacts.
  • Love the ease of setting up campaigns.
  • Tagging contacts works great for targeting emails.

Cons

  • Was confusing to learn at first, but once I got the hang of it, it's now very user-friendly.
  • Since I've been more consistent in sending out several emails a week my ROI has continued to grow weekly!
I love all the options available on ActiveCampaign over other email providers, especially the automation and campaigns. I also use the engagement and disengagement automation to help with my email open rates. My abandoned cart email automation has really increased my overall sales, it's my favorite automation!
I've already recommended it to many people who also sell products through e-commerce. I love how the automations work so smoothly and you can change them as needed. I have quite a few automations set up depending on how they find my business so it helps target them for future products. It works perfectly for me!
