Active Campaign is being used throughout every process of my business and allows me to incorporate automation and data collection to better serve my customers. Keeping on top of each segment of business function has many moving parts and these can change over time. AC is streamlined, intuitive, and laid out to allow me to examine each part and easily adjust the flow or process of information according to my current needs. I can't serve my customers in the best way possible if I don't know what they want and the data provided by AC is absolutely critical to supporting my needs.
- Conversations are fabulous and allow me to interact with potential customers in real time or later via email.
- Lists offer insight into the wants and needs of my customers very efficiently. It's so easy to understand with just one look.
- Forms make up one of my top 3 favs as the process is both easy and effective!
- Love being able to integrate with Zapier for extra ease of automation.
- I would love to see more design capability in the forms section.
- Truly, I am still in the learning process and not having any issues currently in finding or using the tools as they are presented.
- Positive: brought me much closer to my customers.
- Positive: has brought me necessary insights into my customers wants and needs.
- Negative: works great but there is a learning curve, especially if no background in sales and marketing.
There is just no comparison to these other products for me. I have tried each one and either they didn't give me all the complete info I wanted or I had to keep going outside of the app to find another piece to add to my stack to make that functionality happen.
