Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use Active Campaign to send out transactional emails based on customer's visits and/or purchases from our site. We currently use this across all departments as it integrates with our marketing team as well to keep our visitors engaged. With all of this data, we are able to ensure that the communications that we send to our customers are targeted and relevant.

Each of the platforms has very similar features, but in our findings, the value of having all the features in one platform is how Active Campaign leads the industry in terms of features as well as the pricing. The other platforms will allow for the same they seem to be a la carte add on features.
