Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been using ActiveCampaign to automate the email marketing activities of our e-commerce store for the last 6 months. The overall experience has been amazing. We were able to automate the customer email collection from website and livechat to active campaign seamlessly. On the collected email list, we were able to send mail campaigns without any difficulty. I would really recommend ActiveCampaign to everyone.

Cons

Pricing based on the number of mails in the list should have been a bit more lenient. Curent pricing is a bit high for early stage companies.
No WooCommerce Plugin by ActiveCampaign for Basic Plan.
Mail List Importing is a bit confusing. I couldn't properly import the list when I tried. Don't know it was my issue or it's an error on active campaign's side.

Return on Investment

ActiveCampaign helped me convert existing customers to repeat customers.
It allowed me to capture interested leads and convert them into customers.

Likelihood to Recommend

Highly suited for businesses interested in email marketing seriously. There is a lot of automation option and features to make it the perfect lead capture and management solution out there. I still feel I haven't used ActiveCampaign to its full potential yet. You can do so much with this brilliant tool.
