Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I use ActiveCampaign both as a CRM and as an email platform that connect to different applications I use in my business. It allows me to be able to simply get clients connected and access to what they need through the amazing automation system built within the app. It also allows me to send out campaign specific emails with ease for when I run challenges. It takes a lot of the grunt-work away from my day to day.
- Connecting Lead Generation to my email list
- Connecting Lead Generation clients to their content they want
- Allows me to keep my list up to date on what's going on.
- The UI (which is great) can tend to get bugged and not allow scrolling which can simply be fixed by refreshing the browser
- A bit more workflow/how-to videos on their help pages would be fantastic.
- It has taken a lot of the work off my shoulders which helps to increase my productivity
The automation and the amount of possibilities it provides me is one of the better reasons why I chose to go with AC. The ability to also receive automations from others and implement them into my profile is a huge time saver as well. The delivery rate is pretty good of the emails.
