Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is the best email software out there. We used to manage our mailing list and maintain relationships with our subscribers. It helps us stay organized, and one of the best parts about AC is that you can do so much automation that it takes a lot of work off my shoulders. There's a lot of really handy features that make it really simple to consistently maintain relationships with the list.
- The automations feature is extremely useful
- The reports function gives me actionable insights I can make decisions with
- Deliverability is pretty reliable
- Sometimes, the emails don't land in the inbox for a few minutes.
- AC has helped us generate revenue from our email list. I can't say how much but it's substantial
- ActiveCampaign has helped me to keep strong relationships with my audience
- We rely heavily on email for promotions and AC is good at that
ActiveCampaign specializes in email and that's what they do best. I've tried "all in one" platforms like Keap and Ontraport, which couldn't keep up with the details of email. Other competitors like ConvertKit and Mailchimp just didn't have the firepower necessary to do all the tweaks and adjustments I like to do with my emails.
