Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I use ActiveCampaign to send emails to current customers and leads on our mailing list. I also use it as CRM to keep track of our customers and their needs. ActiveCampaign has so many great features that I'm excited to dive into, but for now, I use it for simply sending out emails.

I chose ActiveCampaign because a friend recommended it. I used Mailchimp for email campaigns and HubSpot for CRM but didn't love either one. The best thing about ActiveCampaign is customer support and onboarding. The onboarding specialist spent three sessions with me to get everything I needed set up and teach me what I needed to know. It was nice having someone walk me through the process and tailor it to fit my needs exactly. If I ever have a question, I can ask someone at ActiveCampaign, and they will be happy to help me. As someone that runs a small business, I wear a lot of different hats and don't have the time or patience to learn one tool well, which is why I never liked HubSpot and Mailchimp. But ActiveCampaign walked me through it, so I didn't have to learn on my own, which saved me a lot of time, and it's exactly what I needed.
