Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I use it basically for newsletter delivery, manage my emails contact list and automate emails when people subscribe.
It helps me create segment of contacts since I use different content for each one. I love the campaigns templates since it is so easy to create my newsletters and replicate campaigns
Additionally, It has an excellent customer service. Whenever I needed help, they have my back almost instantly

Pros
- Campaign design to create content. Templates are great and useful
- Easy of use. As a non technical user (I own my business) it is intuitive. Besides it provides some guides that are also useful
- Great customer service, almost immediate and you talk to a real person
Cons
- Sometimes I get lost in the use of list. It is not that clear the best way to use it
- It would be wonderful to have more details on campaign reports, especially with users with apple accounts
- To enhance the iPhone app.
- It provides a formal emailing system, looks professional
- It helps me track what content people is hooking up with whenever I share newsletters
- It ensures emails deliverability. I've had problems with other alternatives in the market
In my opinion, not easy to use. Very limited in regards with features. I think the forms you integrate in webpages are ugly and not fully customizable. for almost the same price I have more features with ActiveCampaign.
I feel more confortable using ActiveCampaign since it is a bit more intuitive than Mailchimp
Also, I think supports is slower.
