Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign provides an all round solution to optimising the entire customer journey, from enquiry through to advocate. It seamlessly integrates with other platforms (eg Stripe) and brings all customer intelligence into one central hub. It also allows sales and marketing to work together and provides visibility across multiple internal functions.

I find it simple and intuitive as a user. The dashboards are easy to navigate and information is structured logically. There’s nothing worse than having to learn a new system but I found it was easy to get straight into using ActiveCampaign.
Salesforce is a beast! The learning involved to use the system is prohibitive. MailerLite is limited in functionality but ConvertKit is a solid alternative. Both are easy to use but clunky to navigate, while ActiveCampaign is logical. Mailchimp is great for small businesses needing a simple email platform.

Well suited for organisations which adopt different customer experiences based on behaviour. It provides the perfect platform for customer engagement and nurture. Could be overly complicated for smaller organisations which don’t need the segmentation or companies looking for a CRM which can process social media efforts. Non profits might prefer a system more focused on impact reporting.
