Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
Remote working has made keeping track of the productivity more challenging and the product has allowed us better insight into the working hours and quality of the time spent "working." We use the product to periodically check that people are working the productive hours that they claim to be working on their timesheets.
- Scheduled screen shots.
- Calculating "productive" time.
- I would love to see ActivTrak work to help monitor when people are in a RDC session.
- It has allowed us to take corrective action when employees are not working productively while on the clock.
- It has given us the critical backup needed when an employee was leaking sensitive information.
- The ability to have the system take screenshots on new application execution as well as scheduled screenshots once in a particular application.
I have learned which times of day work from home employees are most productive and least which is very different from when those same employees worked in the office. This has allowed us to alter work schedules that will allow us to gain maximum ROI from the hours spent on the clock by our employees.
It has allowed us to have some irrefutable insight into what was going on because self-reporting by employees was simply not working, nor was it honest.
