We use ActivTrak to help managers view employee productivity and security oversight.
- Tracking productivity
- Tracking start & stop times
- Taking appropriate screenshots
- Ability to print productivity screen reports
- Ability to delete groups even if they're associated with classifications
- Alerts for users that are not in any group
- We've gotten clear visibility over employee working hours
- Workload comparison between employees in similar roles
- App usage utilization
- We like how the Top Users report shows how busy employees are
- Classifications are easy to do
- Software installation is smooth
We now have a clearer understanding of how many hours our employees work and what kind of applications they use most often - we did not have this visibility before.
We've been able to determine how to spread the workload from our busiest employees to our less busy employees.
We've been able to easily recognize resource utilization issues by determining how many hours are being worked.
