Great for new work from home scenarios

We use ActivTrak to manage our work from home employees. We did not allow employees to work from home prior to COVID and this product helps us ensure proper computer usage in the new environment. We use the product for real time alerts for websites related [to] social media and gambling and to perform audits of internet usage.

ActivTrak helps us monitor our work from home employees with real time reporting for sites we consider inappropriate, to do regular internet usage audits, and to block inappropriate sites. This product allows us to have a higher level of trust and is less invasive than other [products]. ActivTrak improves productivity by allowing use to identify problem areas.

We use ActivTrak primarily for internet usage tracking but it does help us identify worker[s] with low productivity but no inappropriate usage. We use it primarily for our work from home employees. ActivTrak also helps us identify off-production hour usage. We do not use ActivTrak to address issues like burnout risk.

We do not use ActivTrak for process workflows and resource utilization across people and technology. We primarily use it for internet usage tracking including real time alerts, regular intent usage reports, and inappropriate internet usage blocking. I do see how it could easily be used in those ways.
