AtivTrak has been a great addition to our company. We can successfully track the information we need. It is as easy as deploying the client to users' computers, and their computers appear in the admin console. This has allowed us to have a successful remote work experience.

Yes, it helped determine which users were productive and which ones weren't. We addressed those issues by making adjustments to increase our overall productivity. Some users were incentivized, and others were terminated. For the most productive users, we were able to increase bonuses at year-end.

We identified our areas of weakness and improved our team's performance. Adding people where needed and making adjustments to support different teams when more staff were required. We promoted the most active employees to leadership positions, further incentivizing the team. We continue to monitor and make improvements.
