ActivTrak

We use ActivTrak to monitor computer activity, productivity and compliance. ActivTrak facilitates this through multiple dashboards, configurations and filters. It has been very easy to set up and maintain all our users information and device activity since day one. ActivTrak allows us to distribute workloads evenly throughout our workforce to avoid burnout or inactive employees.

ActivTrak has helped our company to analyze and redistribute workloads to ensure every employee is working at a capacity that will not burn them out. ActivTrak also allows analysis of teams’ productivity to maintain equal participation of each member of the group. Also, detailed activity logs allow us to see when employees are the most active and where they may struggle the most. Without ActivTrak, none of this would be possible.

ActivTrak allows us to see in realtime any unbalance in workload distribution, or if an employee is underperforming. This gives us the opportunity to assess the cause almost immediately, avoiding disruptions, mistakes or burnout.

Our employees’ responsibilities are almost all computer-based. Because of this, ActivTrak is a good tool to ensure everybody is completing their tasks on time, that workloads are equally distributed, and no distractions or downtimes go unnoticed. We use ActivTrak’s information to compare it to what users/employees report and make decisions based on evidence.
