I'm the system administrator for my company. My role is to use Acumatica to solve problems, streamline workflows, and integrate each department into the Acumatica environment. Before Acumatica, we had issues with reporting, forecasting, and not having a centralized database

Acumatica University
We're in the design manufacturing, installation, and service business and Acumatica brings all of those departments together. I would say the piece i have not integrated is the Engineering department
Acumatica is easy to use and configure. It has a great community and a great place to learn and solve problems that might come up.
