Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica to house all of our work processes, which captures 5 different businesses: Construction, renovation, pool cleaning route scheduling, dispatching repair techs, and retail sales through brick and mortar.
Pros
- With 5 different business, Acumatica greatly enhances internal communication.
- Again, with five different businesses servicing the same customer, Acumatica presents a "single source of truth" experience for our customers which we never had before.
- ISV merchant service provider was a game changer for us, but particularly for our customers.
Cons
- Single click conversion from a customer credit memo to a refund check in AP
- Dashboard widgets shapes should be customizable - why do they always have to be a rectangle already?
- In the projects screen, make PO's and SO's related to a project accessible in the 3-dot menu.

Acumatica has provided a "single source of truth" where a single customer is served by one or more of our 5 business lines.
Field management and construction accounting have enabled the most improvement in our 5 businesses.
