Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

Adobe Acrobat is the best possible tool for PDFs. We use it for creating, viewing, editing, and signing PDF documents. It makes it simple to create forms for internal use or for our customers. The ability to add specific fields that can be filled in is especially useful. The editing tools make it very simple to use.

Pros

  • PDF viewing.
  • PDF Editing.

Cons

  • Font matching isn't always exact.
  • Simpler integration with Microsoft products.
  • Less back-and-forth internally.
  • Improved internal communication.
  • Improved customer communication.
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
It is the de facto standard for using PDFs.
We require our software applications to be secure, and Adobe has made it easy to ensure that we remain compliant.

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

Yes

It would be useful in a personal setting, but it really shines in a business setting where you need to create and/or edit a lot of PDF documents. Sometimes I receive an internal document in PDF format from a colleague that needs editing. It is a big deal for them, but Adobe Acrobat makes it super simple for me.
