Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Sign

The use cases that are presented within the organization are: Signing of documents that could not be done physically during the pandemic. The signing of official documents required a valid digital signature with certificate. Finally, as part of the initiatives that are in support of the environment, the responsible use of resources such as the sheets that are printed is sought, for which this type of services is used to minimize the ecological impact.
  • Easy to use
  • Very practical
  • Very intuitive
  • Licensing tied to Creative Cloud
  • Some support topics
  • Response times in signature configuration
  • Price
  • Product Usability
  • Product Reputation
The biggest decision factor is the prior implementation of additional services that Adobe has as Creative Cloud. Unifying services and not having features required in the organization configured in different providers is essential. The second factor is definitely the price. In most of the competing products the price is extremely competitive, so small differences can move the decision-making balance between one product and another. Although usability is important, I think that it remains the last decision factor when evaluating, the services that currently exist satisfactorily comply with this element, however, it should not be left aside.
  • Return on investment associated with other services
  • Compliance with internal regulations on the appropriate use of resources
  • Migration to current technological trends that improve productivity
Although it is a very easy tool to use. It still needs to comply with certain usability elements that could be improved in the case of unattended use and without requiring training for end users. We have detected that carrying out some steps in the process of requesting signatures in some spaces of documents to be processed could be simplified in a single step.
Some of the main processes where it supports the use of digital signatures are, for example, the acceptance of internal application agreements and approvals required between different actors or authorities. The signing and acceptance of asset allocation documents has substantially simplified and reduced the processing times for requests. For requisition processes or signing quotes with external suppliers, it also reduces acquisition times.

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat Sign go as expected?

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Sign again?

Yes

Adobe Sign is very even with the options evaluated in the top of tools for electronic signatures. One of the big things that set it apart is the previous implementation we had with other Adobe products. This greatly simplifies the implementation as well as the necessary configurations at a technical level. But in addition to this, it is important to emphasize that during the pandemic, users made use of this software because it came as a test element with great benefits by using Adobe Acrobat DC on a daily basis, for users it was transparent to use it and it would have represented great cultural changes. within the organization to change tools when they were already familiar with one.
Scenarios where digital signatures generated by Adobe are perfectly accepted for internal or official documents. When looking to substantially reduce the consumption of sheets and savings on printing issues. In these scenarios Adobe Sign works very well. When digital signatures where legal proof is required and it is not accepted by those generated by Adobe, it is not a good service to integrate. Additionally, this service does not work very well administratively in medium or large organizations where the volume of users is so high and there are no user group integrations with services such as Azure AD, AWS or any account system that does not support SAML.
