Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

Adobe Analytics is primarily used by our product, sales and marketing departments. It has primarily helped us to better understand our customers, across the multiple channels through which they gain access to our services and through which we interact with them - website, mobile applications and via email campaigns. By helping us collect the right data from the above channels, we are able to have a better understanding of our customers and map out ways to make them happier, while consolidating on the things our Adobe Analytics data shows us to be doing right.
  • Its user interface is intuitive and user friendly. I am very much concerned about this because of my experiences using other analytics software programs in time past, wherein I always had issues navigating the programs due to poor user interfaces.
  • I think its easy-to-navigate user interface enables me to work more efficiently and faster.
  • Adobe Analytics makes it easy to measure and track our click rates across multiple sales channels.
  • Smooth integration with other Adobe software programs such as Adobe Campaigns, has helped our experience with Adobe Analytics become a lot richer.
  • I also think there isn’t an adequate tutorial for beginners. I found it difficult getting help outside of my organization in the early days of my using Adobe Analytics, thus I couldn’t do things differently from everyone else in my department.
  • The upload time for real-time data on Adobe Analytics is way too slow for me.
  • I have had to rely on our developers for the core uses of this program. I think it can be more non-developer friendly,
  • It has allowed us better capture data generated by our users' activity across multiple platforms, and this is very important since we had experiences in the past wherein our data collection tools couldn’t capture data from multiple platforms and data sources.
  • Being able to generate real-time analytics reports has made it easier to make faster changes to active sales and marketing campaigns.
The lack of enough tutorial materials for users, especially freely available ones. Unlike a tool like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics doesn’t have its tutorials available across different online communities.
Very user intuitive. Coming from a background of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics allowed me to appreciate the role of an intuitive workspace and user experience, as against one which isn’t really intuitive despite being a good product and boasting good features too (Google Analytics).

Adobe analytics is very well suited for data collection across multiple channels, and data segmentation especially in cases wherein the user company wants to have control over its data. We primarily moved from Google Analytics to Adobe Analytics and this was one of the top reasons why we did, if I can remember correctly.

To use Adobe Analytics, there is a need to invest in training of the team by very experienced users, and this does cost a lot of financial resources, thus maybe Adobe Analytics isn’t really advisable for teams that lack the finances to get the right professionals with the right experiences on board, and lack adequate resource and time in hand to thoroughly train their team over a lengthy period to ensure efficient use of this program.
