Adobe and Google are the market leaders and way ahead in market share as compared to other providers in the market. Between Adobe and Google, there are few nuances that differentiate at the feature level. If an organization is using other products of Adobe experience cloud, then using Adobe Analytics brings significant integration ease and drive data-driven personalization
The workspace interface has made it really convenient to break down dimensions and metrics for deep down analysis. The visualization and ability to build segments quickly are really powerful. Calculated metrics also help in deriving additional insights without having to move data to Excel. There is scope for improvement by adding additional visualizations for customer journeys and data warehouse extracts.
L1 support is very prompt. You can reach them through multiple channels. There are a few implementation aspects where deeper technical support would be required and may need additional time to resolve. Help content is good. There could be additional topics added on gotchas. There are other communities like web analytics demystified who provide support for Adobe Analytics queries and best practices.
