Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics
Adobe Analytics is used across our entire organization but the tool is managed by a single department, digital marketing. Adobe Analytics allows us to measure web activity and track online success through our website.
Pros
- Advanced features that allow you to drill down into the details
- Intuitive to use
- Constant improvements to the tool
Cons
- Some of the legacy sections are not as intuitive (mainly located in the admin section)
- Because it is advanced, many users cannot pick up on it quickly
- Adobe Analytics has allowed us to attribute revenue to specific channels and initiatives/campaigns
- Adobe Analytics has allowed us to see the customer journey and adjust our site based on user behavior
Adobe Analytics is 100 times better than Webtrends Analytics, which was slow to load data and extremely basic. Adobe Analytics blows it out of the water. I was extremely frustrated with Webtrends 100% of the time I used it. Adobe Analytics can cause some issues here and there, as most tools do, but for the most part it has been a good tool.
