Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

We use Adobe Analytics to address key business problems through the measurement of our website traffic, user engagement with key elements [and] user experience success rates. [We also] use more complex custom analytics tags to create customer 360 profiles and predictive marketing data, which fuel campaigns and personalization efforts on our websites and marketing campaigns.
  • Custom tagging.
  • Complex data solutions.
  • Out of the box reporting.
  • Ease of implementation.
  • User support and training.
  • Custom metrics and measurements.
  • Out of the box reporting.
  • Data extract to third-party CDPs.
  • Positive impact on customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Positive impact on personalization efforts.
  • Requires more skilled data analysts and marketers willing to take action on the data.
Google Analytics is by far a more user-friendly product for novice users, and their free support and training programs enable almost anyone to figure out how to use the problem to answer basic questions about user engagement on their web properties. Adobe Analytics is for more advanced users looking to get more out of their data and solve complex custom tagging scenarios that Google Analytics doesn't allow for out of the box.

Do you think Adobe Analytics delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Analytics's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Analytics live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Analytics go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Analytics again?

Yes

Adobe Analytics is well suited for more mature analytics organizations and companies where analytics are part of the culture and the thirst for data beyond the basics is in play. For companies looking for more basic analytics and metrics, Adobe Analytics may be both too expensive and too complex. If you're just trying to get from point A to point B, you don't need a fancy car.
