Google Analytics is by far a more user-friendly product for novice users, and their free support and training programs enable almost anyone to figure out how to use the problem to answer basic questions about user engagement on their web properties. Adobe Analytics is for more advanced users looking to get more out of their data and solve complex custom tagging scenarios that Google Analytics doesn't allow for out of the box.
