In our organisation we use Adobe Analytics to provide custom analytics along with forecasting data to see what is the market positioning for our organisation and what could be the future growth opportunities based on the AI data that this tool provides based on past performance of our organisation in terms of customer conversion.
  • It provides custom analytics which helps us in understanding the data.
  • It details out the different steps in customer conversion.
  • Provides predictive analytics which helps in forecasting the sales with data.
  • Cost is much higher which could be expensive for small businesses.
  • There are certain instances where the application is slow wnd unresponsive.
  • No free versions are there, hence the third party help is not readily available.
  • It allows to record the customer analytics from different sources and create custom reports.
  • It provides intuitive dashboards which have different features like real time data and delivery of report in email.
  • Integration with third party applications can be easily done.
  • It has provided a positive return on investment as forecasting can be done.
  • It can be accessed via mobile app and website which make it easy to access.

Adobe analytics provides great customer support with integration with third party apps very easily which makes it a reliable tool for analysing the data along with future forecasting of data using predictive analytics. It provides segment metrics which helps in understanding the data in various segments where we can use different metrics allocation like linear, last touch etc.
