Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

How can we gain insights to how visitors arrive to our site by channel, campaign, and company. How long are they staying there? Are they finding what they want. Are we seeing the right people / companies.

Pros

  • Ease of setting up dashboards, drag and drop of fields
  • Visualization of trends
  • Ability to export data easily

Cons

  • Ability to identify custom fields setup by the business. In a large organization the info for fields is not always clear
  • Understanding if the right data is being pulled
  • Increased spend in priority channels that drove target client visits.
It's the standard in our organization and linked to other MarTech platforms that are in use.
Understanding channel traffic and those that are driving the most target client visits.
Some features are a little complex.
