It controls marketing or advertising campaigns to identify customers and allow direct communication, so we are efficient between departments and customers worldwide.
  • Used to work, edit and track ads on channels.
  • You can use it to send private messages with your preferences and needs.
  • Helps create operational reports to track campaign impact and find solutions.
  • Customer support has to be faster.
  • Tutorial with simple language, as it becomes difficult to use without prior knowledge of the software.

Despite the bugs and slow customer service, the software is very good, I recommend it to many of my Marketing colleagues and related areas. The reports are very well prepared and the interface well built.
The support leaves customers with a lot of expectations, this makes the Organization's work very difficult.
Adobe Campaign is recommended for merchants and is not appropriate for the areas of Logistics and Transport, at least from our perspective.
