Adobe Sign has been used only on my department (sourcing) as the official tool to sign contracts with the suppliers, it addresses all the work of collecting signatures and follow up.

- Avoid sending the document attached while the workflow is not completed yet.
- Have the possibility to edit the document.
- Avoid costs to deliver and pick up the documents while quarantine.
- Keep the document saved on the cloud.

I use the Adobe Sign to collect all the signatures while approving my legal contracts and maintain the compliance.
