Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

I specifically use Adobe Sign to offer electronic pricing guide, description of services, and interactive service agreement platform. In some situations where I receive common questions considering our services this platform provides a quick and easy way to answer these common questions in most scenarios. It reduces the amount of emails and hours of calls buy a large amount.
  • Love the flexibility to add pretty much anything you would normally see on a contract whether it’s a radial tool, Drop down menus, Named Fields, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.
  • One of the top reasons why we even chose this software was ability to see when our clients have viewed our form sent out as well as sending and receiving copies of final sign documents.
  • Ever since iOS 14, I have noticed a very serious issue. There is no ability to send documents out for signature through iPad OS or iOS. This is really inconvenient because it is the number one reason why we chose to go with Adobe Sign and now we have to pull out our laptops or IMAC in order to accomplish things we used to do on the road or in person with clients on the go.
  • Connectivity to cloud-based service sometimes seems in efficient and have to click multiple times in order to access premade templates for Adobe Sign to access on multiple devices.
  • Instead of having one layout, it would be nice if the mobile platform had its own specific layout to make it extremely easy and user-friendly for mobile users so utilize the software more Efficiently
  • One positive impact is the ability to transition leads into sales.
  • Reduce time spent emailing and texting
  • Increase expectations set for incoming leads
I feel that ever since we started using this program it is very hard to receive support for very, what we would consider common issues.

Anytime we have a user experience issue that we know it’s not use the area based on troubleshooting on multiple devices and web browsers we know that we will not get a hold of any customer support individual in the Adobe sign category.

So we just stop trying. The part that sucks is that we are so invested in the tools used for the software we feel like we are grandfathered in and we just have to work around the issues that the software has.

This reading was given because of the inconsistent mobile experience that does not offer it’s own layout. We understand at times and there may be some things working in the background but it has been a rough four years where the mobile lay out and basic, sent for signature request, has been wonky. And in efficient forcing us to pull our desktops and laptops versus the mobile use
Adobe Sign is my service agreement sender, proposal and invoice disclosure, service agreement proposal and final contract agreements service

Do you think Adobe Acrobat Sign delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat Sign's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat Sign live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat Sign go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Sign again?

Yes

The mobile side of any electronics signature processes pretty much outweigh Adobe Sign.

But Adobe sign in my opinion is the most flexible too out there on the desktop or laptop solutions.

Please all you need is to spend some time on the mobile side and you guys will rule the market
This software is well-suited for individuals that do not have time to send documents that are commonly sent for your common customer journey. It allows you to spend more time on whatever your craft is versus sending legal documents or even informative documents.
