This software allows you to easily keep track of your employees' schedules, and you are easily able to pull reports. It is easy to navigate and easy to manage as an administrator.

Pros

The reporting capabilities are great for time and attendance. You can create custom reports or always reach out to customer service for assistance.
As a manager, it's easy to view your team's timecard and make adjustments if needed.
Entering time off and clocking in and out for employees is simple and requires minimal training.

Cons

The interface looks outdated.
We have run into situations where ADP ezLaborManager is down and our employees cannot clock in and out during that time.

Return on Investment

ADP ezLaborManager saves time, as time sheets are all in the system and can be processed easily with payroll.
Reporting makes it easy to look into any discrepancies related to time cards.
The process of reconciliation of subcontractors' billing is easier.
