ADP ezLaborManager is being used to track time across the whole organization. It's easy for our employees to clock in and out on a browser or on a mobile device. This software allows you to easily keep track of your employees' schedules, and you are easily able to pull reports. It is easy to navigate and easy to manage as an administrator.
Pros
- The reporting capabilities are great for time and attendance. You can create custom reports or always reach out to customer service for assistance.
- As a manager, it's easy to view your team's timecard and make adjustments if needed.
- Entering time off and clocking in and out for employees is simple and requires minimal training.
Cons
- The interface looks outdated.
- We have run into situations where ADP ezLaborManager is down and our employees cannot clock in and out during that time.
- ADP ezLaborManager saves time, as time sheets are all in the system and can be processed easily with payroll.
- Reporting makes it easy to look into any discrepancies related to time cards.
- The process of reconciliation of subcontractors' billing is easier.
Based on pricing and reporting capabilities, ADP ezLaborManager was the better choice for our company. It worked well with ADP Payroll, and it was easy to navigate for our administrators and employees.
