Stay Away...There's so many great products on the market and this is not one of them
Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Workforce Now was purchased to be used by HR and Payroll.
Pros
- I honestly cannot think of anything that Workforce Now does that even remotely compares to any other solution I have used.
Cons
- Buyer Beware - They do not actually have an onboarding solution. They tell you they do, but I assure you even the person who was assigned to implement the module laughed at what a joke of a product they have. Seriously, at least try to keep up with what your competitors are doing.
- Benefits Module - just don't bother. We've spent the last six months trying to implement the benefits solution. Every other benefits software I have used got implemented in 8 weeks or less including the carrier connections. ADP is still at it and they aren't even done and sending me notifications that I owe them more money because one of the files had to be split into two.
- This system is not user friendly - they don't allow much in the way of self-service (again something they say they do).
- On a prior solution, we spent about 20 minutes getting team members into the systems. On ADP Workforce Now (WFN) we spend about 2.5 hours per person and then another few hours a week trying to work through issues with the system.
To be perfectly frank, the payroll side of this solution works and our payroll person is happy. I went back to ADP because of the pressure from our finance team and have regretted it everyday. It is horrible. I have used UltiPro and Paylocity and I recommend UltiProp all day, every day.
