Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now (WFN) for our entire company. Their implementation teams leave a lot to be desired. We are almost real time between HR, Pay, and Time, but still not quite since we use Enterprise eTime through ADP and not their generic time and attendance. We are also good as long as we don't have any issues. We used to be assigned to a Client Service Team (actually we still are but rarely get them when we call in) who at least were familiar with our company, but for a little over a year now, we call in and you get some random person that doesn't really know your company setup and you have to train them on how to do their job. It's really frustrating.
Pros
- Version 11 is definitely more user friendly.
- You can create a wide variety of reports.
- Dashboard.
Cons
- Setting up security is challenging unless you have a simple set up with not many layers of access needed
- It gets the data our employees need about their pay and benefits to them, and gets us paid correctly and on time.
- UltiPro and SAP Business Objects
We are still reviewing. We have so many modules with ADP now, it's hard to get away from them. But we are seriously looking in 2017.
