Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is used for payroll and HR recordkeeping by the entire organization. Timecard records and leave management are provided by another ADP application, Enterprise eTIME.
  • User-friendly environment.
  • Organized clearly.
  • Excellent customer service team.
  • Enterprise eTIME is legacy software and cumbersome to use.
  • The welcome page is not simple to edit.
  • ACA module is not easy to navigate.
  • It's too soon to know in a long term way, but we were offered a very attractive rebate in return for committing to three years. We also receive a discount because we are a non-profit.
We were very displeased with our experience with Paycom. ADP WFN is a huge improvement by most measures.
Well suited to a small company; there are obstacles for a company of our size that relies on punched shifts (often unscheduled).
