Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Payroll for the entire organization.
  • The input of new hires is well designed and easy to use.
  • I import pay data from a cloud service which is fairly simple.
  • Accessing employee data is simple.
  • The reporting feature is very difficult to use and understand. Setting up reports, or finding pre-designed reports is difficult.
  • Using the tutorials is difficult. Generally using the Help feature and the whole instruction system is poorly designed.
  • None.
My time savings is significant now that I can import payroll data. I haven't used the employee app, but the employees seem satisfied if not overjoyed.
The import feature of ADP is superior. The reporting feature in ADP is probably much more robust, but very difficult to understand and create. If I could import pay data into QuickBooks, I would go back to it.
With the import feature, ADP is well suited to my preparation of payroll. Without that, I am not sure I would recommend ADP. I used QuickBooks payroll for several years and it is actually much more user-friendly than ADP--primarily because of the reports that are available and the ease of creating new reports. So I give ADP a 7 and would recommend it to another franchisee who has access to the import feature.

The assistance in getting started and attention shown to me in the setting up and getting started was also impressive. My calls to the help desk have been handled well. I just believe that I should be able to create reports without calling in all the time.
