Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently use ADP Workforce Now (WFN) for all 5 payroll entities under Booking.com and also our parent company, Priceline.com has 2 separate companies. In the US, we pay over 3000 employees in almost all 50 states, on a bi-weekly and semi-monthly basis. We also use an array of ADP's Employee Self Services products, such as, Direct Deposits, W-4s, online Payslips and W-2s. Along with Garnishee payments, Automated G/L, UCM and New Hire Reporting, and last, Tax Filing. It's been a great experience as ADP has a suite of products where you can have a single source solution, become more efficient in your day to day work, and streamline your workflow.
  • They have an excellent support team, their systems are very simple to use, and cost effective. The array of products at ADP help you to be a single source solution, and not try and mangle multiple systems on multiple platforms.
  • With regards to tax filing, you never have to worry, ADP has one of the best in the business, and they are compliant and very reliable.
  • Payroll, HR, Time & Labor and G/L flow seamlessly together. There is nothing to build, the integrations flow form one platform to the other.
  • Their online ESS portal is a great asset and it takes away the smaller transactions that occur so frequently, W-4, direct deposit changes are easy to make and you can view you pay or W-2 form anywhere you would like.
  • It would be great if ADP could expand their hours, with a global company like Booking.com, we're constantly challenged for time.
  • Have more client visits, with the customer service, sales and the payroll and HR teams.
  • Stay competitive with your pricing as well as your products.
  • The cost of doing any business has sky rocketed over the past few years while ADP has been very fair with their rates and service fees.
  • Because we are a multi company, with multiple platforms, ADP provides us with a very generous discount.
Our HR team has saved 25-50 hours per month. - With the basket of ESS products like online Direct Deposit and W-4s there is no paper to fill out and send back and forth, it flows right into the payroll master file data. With products such Wage Garnishment, New Hire Reporting, Unemployment Compensation Management (UCM), and the General Ledger (G/L), this practically automates the whole process, end to end. We pay employees, garnishees get deducted, and paid to the collection agencies, employees file for unemployment, ADP prepares and submits the forms back to the Labor Dept, right after you run your payroll, the G/L files can be uploaded right into your accounting system.
There is no other company out there with ADP's reputation, standards, and products. If I were to start a business today, ADP would be my partner. I have used, MSA, GEAC, Ceridian, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Paychex, SAP and Workday, none of them are as reliable as ADP and simple to use and provide you with the support that you need to run your payroll team effectively.
With the basket of products that ADP can provide and support, for me, they are the best in brand, and can deliver the best product at a reasonable price. They have the solutions for just about any business, and can meet or beat your expectations when it comes to cost and time to set up a new platform.
