Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now as our payroll platform and our HRB platform. The flexibility and robust options available meet all of my needs in applicant tracking, a complex time attendance setup, performance management, analytics, and reporting. The employee portal offers easy access to our associates so they can easily stay informed of their pay and PTO, as well as a splash page that is customizable with company announcements and events.
  • Customer Service. ADP is responsive and professional on the occasions that I need a problem solved.
  • Updates. They keep the latest technology in play without increasing fees every time you get an update.
  • Regional rep. I have a set point of contact that is available by phone or can come on-site if necessary.
  • Analytics should be intuitive and easily customizable. Mine are still not operating correctly due to lack of coordination during implementation.
  • Reporting is difficult to understand and set up. The service when calling in is great, but I want to run reports crazily by myself.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Automation and elimination of redundant data entry.
Great for large companies with a large budget. Difficult to get on site training and optimization of the system.
