Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP is used across my entire organization. We use it as our payroll, benefits management, and HR solution. It seems to be solving the employee management system issue pretty well from an HR perspective.

  • Depending on how involved the HR department is with putting information up on ADP, it can be cumbersome to navigate.
  • It's been great at helping us keep employees organized and have all their information available in one convenient location.
ADP works great as a one stop solution for all my employee information needs. It's great for tracking my PTO, for looking at old pay stubs, etc.

It could be better at sending notifications. I've noticed that if I'm waiting for PTO to be approved by my manager, I have to constantly be checking up to see if that's been done, rather than getting an email notification that it's been approved.
