Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now was used company wide! We used it to track employee hours, time off requests, benefits, and so much more. It was really useful to use Workforce Now because it served as a one-stop show for payroll, benefits, employee information, and so much more!
- The major pro of Workforce Now is that the interface is really easy to use! Its clean/ organized look makes it simple to find what you're looking for.
- This product has a reporting tool that easily helps employees keep track of earnings, hours worked, and taxes/deductions. I truly love this function because the breakdowns that are provided are so easy to read and understand.
- The mobile app for WorkForce now could use some work. The biggest con about it is that it doesn't have a clock in/clock out feature. This feature would just be so beneficial to those who may not have time to wait at a desktop to clock in or for someone who is on the go.
- ADP WorkForce has made it easier to manage payroll and other HR related topics on a micro-scale and because of this, I believe that it has improved our performance as a student housing property.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - We have realized that ADP Workforce Now has saved us time because a lot of the questions that our employees were having (myself included) in regards to benefits, payroll, and company policies has decreased. Because of Workforce Now, we did not have to spend hours going over HR related things, we just had to train employees on where to find certain information pertaining to HR, policies, benefits, and so on. The time that we were spending answering questions has definitely been cut down!
