We use ADP for payroll and benefits management. It houses all of our HR policies, staff paychecks, benefits and more. It is a great solution for us as we don’t have the ability to manage this in-house at our size.
- Easy to use interface.
- Good price point.
- I’d like to see more integration with our internal apps.
- Certain things are hidden in drop-down menus.
- We saved 25% in cost compared to our previous provider.
- Our employee engagement scores went up by 10% because of improved benefits.
Our HR team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - The savings come from the time saved in multiple areas. From managing PTO allowances to the auto payroll, we have so much time back in our days.
Adp was much more competitive and offers all the features we needed.
