Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP WorkforceNow is being used across our entire organization. We ADP WorkforceNow for:
  • Payroll
  • Timekeeping
  • Compliance
  • ACA
  • Benefits
  • Payroll, taxes, quarterly filings, and garnishments are taken care of by ADP Workforce Now.
  • The timekeeping piece works really well. We also have it set up to pay the one-hour penalty (in CA) if an employee misses their meal, takes their meal too late, or the meal period they take is too short.
  • The ACA benefit status and tracking has been an amazing time saver.
  • Calculating OT owed for employees who received a quarterly bonus.
  • Keeping existing customers aware of updates and enhancements. A sales call to go over what we have, how we could be using it better with enhancements, what new has come out that we may be interested in implementing.
  • The amount of time it saves our first line supervisors on timekeeping is immense. It also saves a lot of time for accounting and HR for payroll and filing purposes.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
Paycom and Paylocity seem to cater to the employee. ADP PCPW was old and outdated, not even sure if it is still around. I prefer cloud-based ADP products instead.
I think it is suited for small companies on the verge of becoming larger. It is great for medium-sized companies. The timekeeping piece is great since the majority of our employees are hourly.
