Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We're using it for payroll and HR.

Pros

  • Provides reference material for things I need to research.
  • Has a good visual display that is helpful without being intimidating.
  • Easy access to jump back and forth from payroll.

Cons

  • So far, so good!
  • It was just a challenge to transition. I forgot about it, then had to learn it while I was trying to process a payroll. Summer would have been better for us!
Our HR team has not had any measurable time savings. - Well, in a normal organization, I believe this would be very helpful and time-saving to track and organize potential new hires, but here, we hire new folks based almost exclusively on referrals.
The Archdiocese chose it, so it wasn't my decision. I do like the way it integrates with payroll, which Bamboo didn't.
Great for small to medium sized companies, since that is what I know best, for payroll and HR. ADP has good HR detail questions, so you could search your staff for particular strengths if needed.
