Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We're using it for payroll and HR.
- Provides reference material for things I need to research.
- Has a good visual display that is helpful without being intimidating.
- Easy access to jump back and forth from payroll.
- So far, so good!
- It was just a challenge to transition. I forgot about it, then had to learn it while I was trying to process a payroll. Summer would have been better for us!
Our HR team has not had any measurable time savings. - Well, in a normal organization, I believe this would be very helpful and time-saving to track and organize potential new hires, but here, we hire new folks based almost exclusively on referrals.
The Archdiocese chose it, so it wasn't my decision. I do like the way it integrates with payroll, which Bamboo didn't.
