Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
It is being used for payroll mostly, but I do research some of the HR info too.
- Customer Service has always been great! Any problems I have called in for direction with have been taken care of by Customer Service or the Technical Dept. in a timely manner.
- We use various other products from ADP, like Screening and the Tax Services, which we haven't had any problems with.
- We have been with ADP so long now, it would be difficult for us to change to a different company, due to our comfort level with ADP.
- Recently we have had problems with our input of payrolls. We were never notified that there was this problem happening, until we had experienced in 3 different payrolls and I had to call. I was told it was a known problem, and that was all that was said. I am still having problems with saving my input and it not saving everything. I have to sign out of the program completely and then sign back into Workforce Now and re-input some of the data and save it again so that I can balance at the end. I have heard nothing more about a "fix". This has gone on for about 3 months now.
- I haven't had a Sales Rep. for a while, I'm thinking. I would normally hear from someone before our contract expired, and I believe it should have been this year, but recently I had an email that told me our price would be going up and no one has contacted me other than this email.
- It's been a good resource at times for critical information.
- I love that I don't have to worry about payroll compliance!!!
Unfortunately I have had some problems with the site for paystubs. It is NOT user friendly!
For the most part, we have had very good success working with ADP, just recently I have been experiencing some problems.
