Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I use Workforce Now for employee and payroll management.

Pros

  • New hire input is very deliberate and easy to use.
  • Reports (especially quarterly SUI and wage) are always on time and retrieval is again, very easy.
  • Changes that need to be made in the setup or validation tables are easy to access.
  • Any help you need at any time is a phone call away. At times you might have to wait a bit, but someone will always be there to help you.

Cons

  • Do not make changes that are not necessary (phone number input, login access for example) as they both worked just fine.
  • Before changes are made, think it through to the end for all that gets affected by one change. Is it really necessary?
  • When you do make a big change like the term wizard, inform people that there are more steps to ensure someone is in fact terminated if they are salary.
  • The payroll cost is slightly less expensive than we were paying.
Not sure.
We moved back to ADP due to Obamacare program. I will say that customer service has greatly improved.
ADP means well and strives to make things as easy as possible for everyone. Too often, well-meaning changes create more work than before.
