Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use Workforce Now for payroll across the entire company. We use it to pay employees on a bi-monthly basis - payroll only, no other services (ACA, time and attendance, etc).
- Employee Organization - easy to find employees and the info about them - from name and address to current and past payment history.
- Easy to update individual employees - I can just go to their record and make updates. I do payroll manually, I do not use batches hardly at all.
- I can run reports (with a little help from ADP Reporting!) for just about any criteria I need.
- Reporting - I have to call every time b/c it is not intuitive, so trying to find the correct report name is troublesome - despite the sections from which I can choose.
- Call center. I used to get native English speakers (b/c I assume they were in the US). Now I get non-native speakers (from India it sounds like) most of the time and they can be difficult to understand and there are times when they make major mistakes and won't listen to my suggestions/inquiries as to why they are choosing to fix something in the manner with they are 'fixing' it. This is incredibly frustrating.
- I think the ability to add and term employees should also be under PEOPLE not just PROCESS. You intuitively think PEOPLE when you are processing them.

Probably but at this point in time I can't recall specifics. I do think the Reporting team is awesome. They know what they are doing and are super helpful.
