Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently use ADP Workforce Now for processing payroll and as our HRIS system. We use the employee self-service and performance management modules too.
  • Very easy to use for processing payroll.
  • Employee self-service is very user-friendly.
  • Online benefits enrollment is very user-friendly and makes managing benefits very easy.
  • Currently, I don't have any ideas for areas of improvement.
  • ADP Workforce Now has had a very positive impact on utilizing online resources for our employees and being able to access the system from home or work.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - We have been able to save both time and paperwork by utilizing some of the employee self-service options in ADP's Workforce Now. Employees love being able to enter address changes, W4 changes and direct changes online and not having to fill out paperwork.
It's been over 10 years since I have used a different program other than ADP.
ADP Workforce Now is a great solution for small companies, especially with a one-person HR department.
