Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now for payroll, processing our reimbursements, and our 401k benefits. It is used by all of our employees bank-wide. Using ADP Workforce Now helps us to provide a smooth process from running payroll, to open enrollment, to our 401k all in one place for employees to go to. The mobile app is very user-friendly and a very neat tool that employees can use.
Pros
- New Hire & Termination Wizard is a really cool & smooth process.
- Love the chat feature on the Benefits section.
- ADP Mobile App is really cool. Ability to clock in & out, review and approve timesheets, view 401k balances, take out loans, and change contributions.
- Garnishments are taken care of for us, so we no longer have to mail out checks.
- Payroll reports are available immediately.
- The Bridge is a great and very helpful tool.
- Customer service is awesome! I have never encountered a problem that they weren't able to help me resolve.
Cons
- Scheduling could be a little better. If they had color coding and the ability to print out the notes on the schedules, that would be great.
- They do not directly offer expense reimbursements. We have to use a 3rd party that feeds into ADP.
- A chat feature would be awesome. Not just on the benefits side, but overall.
- Clock IN/OUT feature could be more accessible on the desktop, or more similar to the app would be great.
- We used Open Enrollment through ADP Workforce Now for the first time this past year. We loved it. It was a smooth process and eliminated all the paperwork. Employees were able to sign up for their benefits on their own.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
The one thing that immediately stands out is definitely the customer service. ADP is very helpful and always has a solution. Payroll reports are available to us immediately. There is no waiting period.
ADP Workforce Now Feature Ratings
COVID-19 Response
ADP was up to date with FFCRA and the PPP loans. ADP was on top of everything as far as the payroll codes and the set up of the codes. They did have long wait times on the phone though. When I needed support, the wait would sometimes be 2 hours. The panic and anxiety would definitely kick in on payroll days with this type of wait.
I did not handle anything to do with the PPP loans.
I did not use any of these tools. I did use the Bridge a lot though.
Our employees love the mobile app. It's user friendly and they use it to update their information and for their retirement accounts as well.
