Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now as our primary HRIS tool. The tool is used enterprise-wide, with all employees in the organization using it to track their paychecks and paid time off.
Pros
- Good data warehouse for HR
- Intuitive PTO request and approval process
Cons
- Reporting can be challenging at times, data won't appear, or custom reports randomly fail
- PTO reporting is not intuitive
- Easy to manage benefits enrollments
- Compensation dashboard looks intuitive

- Outside benefits vendors
Occasionally communication breaks between ADP WFN and other systems, and we have to get support to repair.
They all are pretty much the same. It's about who has the best bang for the buck. ADP seems to have very expensive add ons with no "all in one" package. I see my organization's bills for ADP and I feel like we're being taken to the cleaners with the cafeteria-style options.

COVID-19 Response
I felt they did well. We were able to reach a support representative when needed. Our account manager was always an email away if the matter wasn't urgent. During our open enrollment, we were assigned an awesome support member who improved our system for future open enrollments.
We did not need ADP Workforce Now with assistance in helping out business navigate the transition back to work. Unfortunately, we did not utilize their resources.
We did not use these tools. We were aware of their existence, but we were setup for success on our own and didn't need their resources.
Employees really like the mobile tool. Many use it to view time cards, and some use it to submit time off requests. None of our 1200 employees have indicated they did not like the tool. It's great.

1200 - All employees for individual review of records. Supervisors for review of their staff. HR and Payroll as a HRIS system.
