Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We currently use ADP for our W2 employees.
- Self service - Employees are able to make most changes.
- Paperless - Everything for the most part can be handled systematically.
- Reporting - System reporting vs manual reporting.
- Customer Service - If they aren't able to answer your question, see who can.
- Customer Service - When you correct an issue don't tell people you're not able to trace how it happened.
- When calling in, please fix the request for entering the first four of your last name. Doesn't work for anyone here.
- Going paperless saves time and money, and reduces paper waste.
- Self service- A win/win for both EE and ER changes.

We aren't currently looking at other payroll companies.
