Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently use ADP for our W2 employees.
  • Self service - Employees are able to make most changes.
  • Paperless - Everything for the most part can be handled systematically.
  • Reporting - System reporting vs manual reporting.
  • Customer Service - If they aren't able to answer your question, see who can.
  • Customer Service - When you correct an issue don't tell people you're not able to trace how it happened.
  • When calling in, please fix the request for entering the first four of your last name. Doesn't work for anyone here.
  • Going paperless saves time and money, and reduces paper waste.
  • Self service- A win/win for both EE and ER changes.
We aren't currently looking at other payroll companies.
We currently only use ADP for our W-2 employees. It's a one-stop-shop for most of your payroll needs, but when using the setup wizard for a new employee, the wizard could be tweaked a bit. Being able to put in the direct deposit date and seniority level would be nice features.
