Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used by the accounting department and the HR department. It addresses our onboarding of new employees, demographic changes, and our payroll process. It allows us to have one central system to house this information, and only need to update one system which is a huge time saver.

  • Providing ADP users with a dedicated customer service rep.

  • Less fees.
I’m not in HR. - It takes less time to process our payroll since switching to ADP Workforce Now. In our previous version of payroll software, it took an extremely long time to get payroll processed due to the cumbersome steps that had to be taken in order to get all data entered correctly for payroll processing. ADP has the best data import, it saved my life!
ADP does not have an automated onboarding process like iSolved. In iSolved, you can send the new hire an email and they enter their demographic info before their start date to eliminate the amount of paperwork kept in the house, more of an electronic housekeeping method. ADP is better within this aspect because it requires the info to be verified in person for accuracy and auditing purposes.
When processing payroll, it is easy to manipulate the data according to what is needed, including other earnings, other hours, and through adjusting deductions. There have been less appropriate situations where double holiday hours where entered under a wrong batch due to the employees timeclock being on which caused them to get paid double holiday hours.
