Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is being used by our entire organization for our HR needs. It addresses the business problems of managing requests for time off, timecard entry, holiday lists, annual pay statements, and it calculates tax withholdings. There's also a Benefits area which allows an individual to view which benefits they are enrolled in and which benefits they've waived.
- All in one use - it's a great place to hold a ton of Human Resources related information such as personal info/training/time and attendance/etc.
- There are multiple calendar and time off functions - you can view your time off in a handful of different ways such as current view and where you'll be at time-off wise at the end of the year. Very helpful in planning your vacation.
- The messages tab keeps track of all requests and keeps you up to date on any notifications/tasks/messages that could be important.
- At first, using all of the different views for time-off was confusing. It seems like they are repetitive and the user experience could be cleaned up a bit. The functionality is there, but a new user can click around in circles unless they are familiar with how each view works differently.
- The home page could use a bit more customization besides uploading the company logo. It would be nice to offer more branding options.
- ADP Workforce Now has had a positive return on investment because it helps free up our Human Resource's time spent on tasks.
- There is training that takes place for each employee during onboarding, however, that is time well spent since each employee can then access their own profile and submit their time off requests and manage their own schedules.
ADP Workforce Now is much more user-friendly than QuickBooks and it allows further customization with time off requests and payroll. Overall, from a users standpoint, ADP Workforce Now is much easier to navigate and it offers many other options that QuickBooks does not (or did not have at the time I was using it) have.
