Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP as our HRIS system. Employees on all levels access ADP using their self service option. It is here where our employees can update their personal information, tax withholdings, direct deposit, view pay statements etc. We use ADP Workforce Now as our full lifecycle HR system, from recruiting and onboarding to everyday time keeping and payroll, to termination. It is our one stop shop for everything employee related.
  • Always up to date in regards to compliance in order to ensure that our payroll is processed correctly, taxes are done correctly, and benefits are correct.
  • Fully integrated so that you can have full lifecycle HR in ONE system.
  • Excellent customer service!
  • Would love to have a robust training program that can be used for employee training on multiple topics.
  • It has freed up time in our HR department to focus on other things.
We have grown from 120 employees to 730 in 10 years and it has grown right with us and will continue to grow with us.

Very easy with ADP connectors that were already set up.
We feel that ADP offers the products that we need and that they continue to grow and improve their products. They listen to their customers and have excellent customer service. To us that is valuable!
Being a team of 2 in HR and payroll, we feel that ADP has exceeded our expectations in making our job easier. Everything is in one place and with Employee Self Service. We are able to put some of the burdensome tasks back on to the employee to handle themselves freeing up more time for us in HR.
