ADP Workforce Now is used company-wide, and it allows employees to log-in to view pay stubs and W2s and make personal changes.

Pros and Cons

Keeps payroll information secure
Is up-to-date on new laws and rules and lets me know of updates

We need quicker resolution of problems.
We could use automated updates for local tax setup.

Return on Investment

Ability to access information is very useful for our employees.
I feel it to be very user-friendly.

Scalability

I feel ADP is very user friendly and I can usually figure out how to use the functions with little assistance

Systems Integrated With

Insperity TimeStar

The only system I've used along with ADP Workforce Now is our time-keeping system, TimeStar, to import the bi-weekly payroll file of hours.

Alternatives Considered

I have used several in-house systems and a few other products, but I feel ADP Workforce Now is the best for accuracy and user-friendly interface.

Likelihood to Recommend

I have been using different versions of ADP for 25 years and have found it to be the best product. You can be comfortable knowing the data is accurate and up to date.
